Whether it’s transforming tangled operations into well-oiled machines, leading events that break records, or crafting workplace solutions that actually work, I’m all about helping entrepreneurs, artists, and nonprofits thrive.

At Calgary Pride, I didn’t just keep the parade marching—I supercharged it, increasing funding by 171% and growing the operating budget by a casual 498% over five years.
