Where Artistry

Meets Enterprise.

Running a business, leading a nonprofit, or bringing a groundbreaking vision to life? It’s more than strategy—it’s artistry.

That’s where BadAss Creative thrives, turning big ideas into tangible success with the perfect blend of structure and spontaneity, vision and execution.

From streamlining operations and crafting seamless workflows to handling the details that bring creative projects and enterprises to life, the support here is built for entrepreneurs, artists, and changemakers who need more space to create, innovate, and lead.

Add in project management mastery, fund development expertise, and storytelling that moves people, and suddenly, enterprise becomes alchemy—where creativity, purpose, and momentum collide. Less stress, more success—that’s the vibe.

Idea Alchemist

Hey, I’m Parker Chapple (they/them), the brains, backbone, and occasional chaos wrangler behind BadAss Creative.

I help arts, culture, civic, and community organizations turn big, bold, mildly terrifying ideas into strategic plans, fundable projects, stronger systems, and public experiences that actually work.

My sweet spot is the messy middle: the place where the vision is exciting, the stakes are real, the inbox is feral, and someone needs to turn the whole thing into a plan that funders, partners, teams, and audiences can understand.

That might mean public art project leadership, grant strategy, sponsorship development, stakeholder engagement, cultural event planning, operational workflows, or a full rescue mission for a project that has outgrown the systems holding it together.

I build structure without sanding off the spark. I like a good workback, a smart proposal, a useful spreadsheet, a clean scope, and a project plan that does not require one heroic person to remember everything.

Need a project pulled out of the fog? A grant strategy with a spine? A public event with fewer tiny fires? A system that does not live entirely inside someone’s overworked brain? That’s the work.

If your project has ambition, complexity, community impact, and too many tabs open, we should probably talk.
